Returns

We hope you love your Gracielle Crystal treasures! However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Custom-made and sale items are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement if there is any or full refund at no cost to you.
